Topic and Content of the Event:
The main topic is "STEM Approaches to Accessibility & Inclusion in Education: Exploring Interdisciplinary Solutions"The project will focus on the interdisciplinary approaches needed to enhance accessibility and inclusion in educational spaces through STEM solutions. Topics will include infrastructure design, mobility models, and technological tools aimed at breaking barriers in education and public spaces.
Learning goals, aims and objectives: Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how STEM fields can address issues of accessibility, collaborate across disciplines, and create inclusive environments in educational institutions.
Type of examination: Group project
Prior Knowledge Required: Any volunteering experience or project you have undertaken is fully recognized as sufficient for participating in this international advocacy event. We value every form of community service, whether it’s a short-term initiative, an ongoing commitment, or a one-off project. What matters most is your willingness to contribute and make a positive impact. Even if your involvement was at a local or grassroots level, your efforts demonstrate your dedication to advocacy and align with the event’s goals. We encourage you to highlight any experience that shows your passion for effecting change, as every contribution, regardless of scale, is essential in driving meaningful progress on an international stage.

Practical arrangements
All of the following are covered by the event fee:
- Lodging:
- University dorms with double rooms and private bathroom with shower.
- Meals:
- Three daily meals, including at least one hot meal, with free potable water.
- Transportation:
- BEST Iasi undertakes to cover the transportation expenses in Iasi and for the organized trip on all routes from accommodation to the activity and back. The transportation from the Iasi airport to the Tudor Vladimirescu Campus and from the campus to the airport will not be covered.
